Sunday Check-In

Thanksgiving week!

I am SO excited to celebrate Thanksgiving this week.

We don't have any major plans, I just love when my husband is going to be home and all of us can be together!

So, to kick off this week's thankfulness list...

1) My husband is off!!!! And we have nothing planned but food and a huge stack of Christmas movies
2) The reading challenge list jackpot I ran into this morning...there are SO many to choose from
3) The movie "An Old Fashioned Thanksgiving" (based very losely on Louis May Alcott's short story...but...it is one of my favorites!)
4) Louisa May Alcott's short story An Old Fashioned Thanksgiving
5) Finding a bullet journal format for lesson plans that I absolutely love - I got the idea from Rebecca at  Homeschool On (it was actually a youtube video she posted a few years ago)
6) Inching ever closer to my reading challenge of 104 books (I am just two books away!)
7) Finding such amazing authors/books this year
8) Godly men and women who have faithfully walked before God and wrote words to record their experiences so that those that follow can reap what they sowed
9) Prayer.  Have you ever stopped and contemplated the gift of literally being able to pray at any moment, any where?
10) Decluttering
11) Texting - I hate talking on the phone, but I love texting
12) Snowman stickers
13) Cold weather 😍
14) Kind Wal-Mart workers
15) My girls - I love being a mom so, so very much.  I love every single thing about it, even the hardest of hard days.  It is such a gift.  And I am SO SO thankful for each one of their sweet, sweet selves.
16) Kari Denker is going to do a year through her Bullet Journals!  I canNOT wait.

This week:
