I saved this book for this week, I was soooooo excited to listen to it (the audible narrator is amazing!)
Helen Bell, a "trite", found herself a carrier of the truth through the lands of winter and under the protection of her patrolman, Zane. Book one ended with Helen deposited back into her world with the intersect closed.
Book two opens with Helen in her world, wondering when and if she will get to go back, if she will see Zane again and just when she thinks it is impossible...odd things begin to happen...next thing she knows a patrolman shows up, right in the hallway of her school...except this patrolman is most definitely not Zane. And then there is the riddle she must solve...
HIGHLY recommend this series. The only drawback is that only the first two are on Audible, so I am going to read the next two and hope they are eventually released on Audible.
39 Clues Book 2 One False Note by Gordon Korman
Everyone else but me in my house has read and/or listened to this - so I was excited to hear it in its entirety. It is lovely. I enjoy the fast pace of these books, the narrator is awesome!
